Meet Dr. Paula Dygert, MD
Dr. Paula Dygert spent her early years as a physician working with her father in a small-town practice. They knew their patients well and could tailor the care to each patient’s needs. After moving to the West Coast and working in several other local primary care settings, Paula recognized she needed to open her own direct practice if she wanted to have the time necessary with each patient. Time she felt was critical to providing the very best care.
She founded Simplicity Direct Care to offer this alternative within her community.

Dr. Dygert’s passion for medicine led her to pursue a dual certification program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her medical expertise and passion for treating patients as whole people with holistic, evidence-based care is the heart behind everything at Simplicity Direct Care.

Schedule a complimentary 20-minute Meet & Greet call with Dr. Dygert to get all of your questions answered.

Choose a
Payment Plan
Sign up for a monthly membership plan (or, for Premera, United Healthcare and traditional Medicare, Dr. Dygert accepts insurance as payment). Either option gives you access to Dr. Dygert for all of your primary care concerns.
03.
Receive the
Care You Need
Whether you need a yearly physical, urgent care for an acute issue, or to explore a health concern, Dr. Dygert is available.

What about insurance?
The only insurances accepted and billed by Simplicity Direct Care are
1-Premera and Lifewise
2-United Healthcare (including Medicare advantage plans Part C)
3-Traditional Medicare Part B plus Supplemental (Medi-gap Part G).
Payment Options

Monthly payments are based on patient age as of date of enrollment into practice and are updated on January 1st each year.
Children (ages 0-18 years)
$50/mos. with adult family member
$75/mos. without adult family member
Young Adults (ages 19-26 years) $50/mos.
Adults ages 27-39 years $75/mos.
Adults ages 40-59 years $100/mos.
Adults ages 60-64 $115/mos.
Anyone who qualifies for Medicare is not eligible to participate in Direct Primary Care Membership. For patients with traditional Medicare insurance, Simplicity bills Medicare for visits.

Maximum Monthly Household/Family Membership Fee is $300/mos (up to 6 people). Additional people after 6 are $40/month.)

Simplicity accepts and bills
1) Premera and Lifewise commercial insurance
2) United Health Care commercial and medicare advantage part C plans
3) Traditional Medicare Part B plans plus any supplemental Part G or Medigap plans.
